Maximum number of children at any one time will not exceed 5.
The day care is closed on all national bank holidays.
We also close one week of the Christmas school holiday and one week of the Easter school holiday plus 4 weeks of the summer school holiday. We are open the weeks school holiday at the end of October and the weeks school holiday at the end of February.
We do not charge for services that you do not recieve. For example, the days when the Day Care is closed, be they national holidays or the Day Care holiday period, you will not be charged. Absentees outside of the stated holidays will also not be charged a full days care (up to 10 days) but will be asked to pay a fee of 60% of their normal fees. ie: 15 euros for full day regulars and 9 euros 
for half day regulars. After the 10 day limit, full day charges will apply. This is because when children come on a regular basis, their place in the day care is secured and effectively blocks Euro-kids from taking in any new children on a regular basis.
We are flexible concerning opening hours and are willing to adapt to the parents schedule.
Depending on the circumstances, sick children can be accomodated.
